Overflow Notary Services provides professional witness coordination for documents that require one or more independent witnesses during notarization. This service includes scheduling and coordinating a reliable witness, confirming their availability, and ensuring they arrive on time and understand their role in the signing process. Fee: $30 per witness Important Notes: 1. Witnesses must meet eligibility requirements and present valid identification. 2. Witnesses cannot be a party to the document being notarized. Documents That Commonly Require Witnesses: • Last Will and Testament • Living Will (Advance Directive) • Medical Power of Attorney (Healthcare Proxy) • Durable Power of Attorney (in certain cases) • Deed Transfers (Warranty Deed, Quitclaim Deed, Lady Bird Deed, etc., depending on state requirements) • Trust Documents (some signings require witnesses) • Affidavits (when the form specifically calls for witnesses) Total Amount: $30 This service is available for both mobile and remote notary appointments.
