Overflow Notary Services requires a deposit to secure all appointments. By booking our services, you agree to the following Deposit and No Refund Policy.
Deposit Requirement
• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are applied toward your total service fee.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Remaining balances are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Refundable Deposits
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits cover scheduling, preparation time, and reserved availability.
• Once an appointment is booked, the time slot is removed from availability.
Cancellations
• If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
• Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling
• One reschedule may be allowed if requested before your scheduled appointment time.
• Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date at the discretion of Overflow Notary Services.
• Additional fees may apply for rescheduling, travel changes, or after-hours requests.
Client Responsibility
Clients must:
• Provide valid, acceptable government-issued identification
• Ensure documents are complete and ready for notarization
• Have all required signers present at the time of appointment
If notarization cannot be completed due to client-related issues, the deposit will still be non-refundable.
Apostille Appointments
Scope of Service:
We prepare, submit, and track documents for international use. This may include presentation to the Texas Secretary of State, U.S. Department of State, embassies, or consulates.
Pricing:
Standard service begins at $225 for 4 to 5 business days and includes travel, one document, and one notarization. Each additional document is $100. Rush service options may be available.
Additional Fees:
Government fees, federal agency fees, embassy fees, shipping, courier, and translation services are additional unless otherwise stated.
Processing Times:
All timeframes are estimates and depend on government agencies and third parties.
